Third Base worries, Verlander clarity, and no new normal

The phrase I’m hearing a lot is “normal offseason.” Somehow, this offseason is going to be different from the last one when in fact, it was last offseason that was normal. It was the season that was abnormal. It’s unlikely the COVID is going to miraculously disappear or that anything will be normal until we have a widely distributed vaccine.
